Organic food is far more sustainable than conventional farming, which relies on chemicals and antibiotics. For example we have been supporting this by growing fruit trees that are genetically-modified to withstand the effects of climate change. They will grow better for generations because of their native plants (we don’t use chemical fertilisers).

We're a small, local farm that grows organic, natural, and sustainably-sourced ingredients. We don't use chemicals, and we don't use genetically modified food. Our passion is for people. We love our customers. And we love working with farmers who are taking an interest in the health of their land. We hope to help you make the most of your life on the farm, through organic, sustainable farming.


In our opinion, it is not possible to produce any more food and drink with the amount of resources we have right now. We are getting closer to the limit of what we can produce, but I think we can do it with less resources. We are working with local farmers who are able to produce the food in the same way they have for thousands of years.


We live in a country with a growing demand for organic food and milk products, but we also know that a lot of these products are being sold in supermarkets. We have noticed that a lot of these farmers are purchasing products from the same companies that have been used in the past. We want to offer our customers a range of products that are sustainable and that they can trust, all at the same time.
